The farm park can be accessed from 10am (9am on Christmas eve) on the date you have tickets booked for, however once at the farm, it is your responsibility to be at the allocated tractor stop for your timeslot to see Santa.
You must arrive promptly, and it is recommended you get to the tractor stop a few minutes early. If you are just arriving for your timeslot, please allow plenty of time to get to us. Refunds will not be processed if you miss your slot due to arriving late. Arriving at elf check-in at least 15 minutes early is recommended. Those booked in for 10am, please arrive at 9:45am.
Please note, if you have booked a slot to visit Santa in the morning you will have ample time to take part in all the other Christmas activities after your visit to the Enchanted Forest. However, we strongly advise anyone with a slot booked after 1pm to arrive no later than 1.15pm to ensure you have time to take part in all the Christmas activities on offer before your Santa visit.
Please ensure a ticket is selected for everyone who is coming along, all adults, children and babies need a ticket. We offer a free under 12 months ticket, this is for accompanying siblings only and can only be used if you are adding a paid child to your basket too. The under 12 months ticket does not include gifts or letters from Santa, biscuits, or any of the items included in the child ticket. They can still visit Santa with the rest of the group.
Please note, we allocate time with Santa through our booking numbers, we also organise our information for each child by booking. Everyone on the same booking must go in to see Santa together. If you don’t wish to go and see Santa together, please book your family individually. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please do keep this in mind when doing group bookings.
This event is running both indoors and outdoors, please dress appropriately for weather. Hats, gloves, winter coats and multiple layers are recommended, especially for children. It can get extremely cold if guests are not dressed appropriately to spend a significant amount of time outdoors. Please also wear sensible footwear; there may be mud, puddles and hopefully snow.
Please select your timeslot carefully, there are strictly NO REFUNDS available for Santa’s Enchanted Elf Journey tickets. If there are spaces on alternative day’s we MAY be able to offer an exchange, however this can only be done if reasonable notice is given (at least 48 hours) and subject to availability. Where there is availability to swap slots, changes will incur an admin charge of £2.00 per booking to exchange.
At the time of booking, we ask for brief information about the children in your party to enhance the visit with Santa. This information will not be shared with any other company.
To help us make the event as accessible as possible if you are attending with a wheelchair user, please let us know by emailing [email protected]
Sorry no dogs are allowed on the farm park, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Guests entitled to one £9 carer ticket must present a nimbus access card with the +1 symbol as evidence. Failure to do so will result in full admission being charged. Nimbus access cards last three years once applied for and are free. You can pay a small fee for a slightly different card that comes with nationwide benefits, however we accept the free card. Nimbus access cards are designed and ran by disabled people. It eliminates the need to bring out personal information and offers a clear descriptions of the card holders needs.
Only one carer ticket can be purchased per dependant.
MAX cards are not accepted.
Carers must be 16+
It is essential to purchase a ticket for each person attending the event. The Babes in Arms ticket is free for babies aged under 12 months, this ticket includes no involvement in any of the activities, and there will be no gift from Santa with this ticket. Please choose the under 2 ticket if you would like your little one to be involved in the event. If you have booked an Under 2 ticket for your child you may be asked to provide evidence of their age. An Under 2 ticket is for children under 24 months only. If this applies to your child, please bring evidence (birth certificate) along with you on the day. Failure to provide evidence when asked will result in you having to pay extra to upgrade to a child ticket.

We have designed this event to be fun for all. The farm park is closed to the public during our Christmas event, meaning numbers are extremely limited.
We don't make you stick to a rigid time schedule. There is four showings of both Elf School and 'A very Merry Mischief', you are welcome to attend at whatever time you like. Our cuddle factory, winter wonderland and biscuit decorating is on all day, again you can go whenever you like! Your only timed activity is your visit to the Enchanted Forest to see Santa. We like to keep things relaxed and enjoyable.
Our tractor ride is wheelchair accessible.
*NEW THIS YEAR* - We have paved the Enchanted forest making it easier for wheelchairs and pushchairs. We have also added a wheelchair accessible hut to visit Santa in!! We are so excited about this as typically Santa had to come to the door for wheelchair users.
Our three sensory rooms are available to use as a calming space.
As well as multiple disabled toilets, we also have a changing places toilet.
If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

This ticket is a non-participating ticket and does not include any of the activities or gifts. If you have a baby who you want to participate, please book the child under 2 ticket.
Our recommended last entry is 1pm. We do not recommend you visit us after school. We are a full day event and arriving any later than 1pm will not give you enough time to access all of the activities.
The timeslot is when your tractor ride will be leaving to head to the Enchanted Forest. Here you will see Santa. You are welcome, and encouraged, to arrive to the farm from 10am to spend the full day with us.
Hand Washing - Why is it important and when should I wash hands?
Washing our hands is very important especially after feeding an animal.
At Whitehouse Farm Centre we recommend you wash your hands with soap and running water after feeding an animal, handling an animal, before you eat, after using the toilet and again before you leave.
The recommended time to spend washing your hands is at least 20 seconds!! We all know children like to get back to having fun as soon as possible, so they might just do a quick rinse. It’s a good idea for grown ups to wash their hands at the same time to show your little ones how it's done properly.
PLEASE NOTE: ALCOHOL GEL IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR A THOROUGH HAND WASH WITH SOAP AND WATER AND SHOULD ONLY BE USED TO SANITISE CLEAN HANDS.

Pygmy goats are the perfect walking companions. They are our most mischievous residents, extremely cheeky and have bundles of energy. Spend an hour with us walking, feeding and learning about our beautiful little Pygmy goats. This is the perfect experience for any goat lovers out there, join us for a leisurely stroll around the farm and see where their unpredictability takes us.
This experience is £40 per person and includes entrance to the farm, an hour walking experience, lots of time for cuddles and photos and an extra yummy bag of animal food to get you on your goats good side!
Our little friends are pretty unpredictable, they'll not walk in a straight line, may pull you, they will likely jump up on you like a dog and maybe even head butt you too. All handlers must be physically capable, dressed appropriately (no open shoes) and not be nervous around animals.
Our walking areas aren't the most even places, so this experience isn't suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. However we can offer a slightly altered, more accessible experience upon request.
Goats are herd animals and won’t walk alone, so experiences can only be booked for two or more people.
This experience isn't suitable for children under 8 years old.
