5th May 2013 Can you guess what's been born on the Farm today?? It's the first time we have had babies from this breed!!

23rd April 2013 Bodg, Matt & Jojo
from Capital Breakfast
came to the Farm today. Matt wanted to milk a goat, once he caught her he managed to get some milk for a cup of tea!! Then they all bottle fed Ray one
of our pet lambs.

We have had two litters of piglets born this week!

A sheep gave birth to triplets today - nothing unusual in that you may say. Except one of the triplets has 5 legs. She is healthy as are her sisters. She has been named Quinto by a visitor as  it's Latin for five. She has become quite a star! Check our video on Youtube:

We have had a busy week at the Farm!! Our first lambs have arrived with more due over the next 10 days or so,we have some day old chicks now, plus we are bottle feeding our little kid goats!! Our main flock of sheep were scanned and we are expecting approximately 1 set of quads, 33 sets of triplets, 68 sets of twins & 27 single lambs!! These are due over the Easter holidays.
5th Jan 2013 May we take this opportunity to wish all our visitors a Happy New Year from all the animals and staff  at Whitehouse Farm and we look forward  to meeting  you all again this year!
Whilst we have been closed for the Xmas hoildays there has been 2 new litters of piglets born and are all doing well and looking forward to meeting you.

 Our first day of opening after the xmas hoildays  so why not wrap up warm and come and visit us and see us all in our winter housing and join in with our daily activities like Feeding the  Meerkats with their Keeper

or get up close to critters in the Beastie Show

Also come and meet the Birds of Prey which includes getting up close to Birds like  Florence the European Eagle Owl -

This is a picture that was given to us by a visitor last summer when they took part in one of the Birds of Prey displays which is Florence herself showing off !!
